Byron Applegate and his team are just great! Byron is very knowledgeable about how to get your home sold for the best price, the least inconvenience, and in the quickest amount of time. He knows what is most important when staging a home for sale. He focuses on the arrangement of the furniture, room colors, landscaping. . . all the important features that buyers look for in a home. As a buying agent he is very knowledgeable in mortgage rates, and helps a buyer find a lovely home that one will be so happy to spend time in for a long time. I have had a great experience with Byron and his team, I would highly recommend his team to my best friends. He and his team will make every buyer very happy with their acquisition. They are the BEST!!
